Before Club Penguin was made, there was Penguin Chat 3. To move around you would use the arrow keys, to move to different rooms you would use the number keys, and to talk you would type whatever you would like to say. Plus, this Penguin Chat 3 is STILL GOING!! People that are useing Penguin Chat 3 do not even know that there is a Club Penguin. It is CRAZY!!! But there was more than you would expect at some places. I forgot how to dress up your penguin but it does not cost any money as far as I am conserned.
